Return Policy

30 day returns. Note that all AirDancer.com products are quality inspected and tested before shipping. Returns must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Customer responsible for returned shipping charges. Returned items are subject to 15% restocking free. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We do not accept used, opened, or customer damaged returns. Shipping Policy

FREE SHPPING! Order today, it ships today. All orders placed before 2:00pm pst (m-f) will ship out via FedEx Ground the same day the order is placed from our San Francisco, CA warehouse. Please give us a call if you need a quote for rush shipping faster than the FedEx Ground and one of our customer service reps will be happy to assist you. AirDancers®.com will email tracking information as soon your orders ships.

As stated above all orders placed on www.airdancers.com (for products that are in-stock and not custom made) are shipped within 1 business day of the time the order is placed. Free shipping only applies to physical addresses located within the continental US (lower 48) on orders of $50 or more. Most orders are shipped the same business day (if order is placed before 2pm pst). It is the sole responsibility of the customer to monitor the shipment of the order and to be sure the "ship to" address provided, is accurate and able to receive the shipment safely. It is the responsibility of AirDancers.com to tender the package properly to the shipping carrier, with the shipping address information provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of FedEx to deliver the product to the exact address provided. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to receive the shipment from FedEx. If the package is left at the customer’s door, the customer takes possession and responsibility for the product, once it is delivered.
